This is a discusussion for the Operation Cleanup II for TNB.This will allow us to make the group better and to fix all mistakes that were made.This is the improvements being made:

Act I:Groups permissions will me modified.All admins and Moderators will be demoted and those postitions will be reselected.The Group description will be changed.The groups will be changed from Public to Private and now only people invited can join.This is all the actions that will be done in Act I.
